Melanie Ryerson, MA, RMHCI (She/Her)
Melanie (she/her) is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida.
Prior to her career as a therapist, Melanie taught teenagers with learning differences such as ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities. She loves helping teens navigate the challenges of anxiety, identity, and trauma. She also gained experience facilitating adult groups with grassroots non-profits that focused on recovery after loss, church hurt, and/or sexual trauma.
Melanie is a faith affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who wants each client to feel comfortable bringing their whole self to counseling.
